## Bespoke wedding gowns

A gown designed with you and made to your measurements. Rent it for your day from RM4,000, or keep it from RM5,000. Starts with a free consultation.

- What does a bespoke gown cost to rent or to own? Bespoke to rent starts from RM4,000 and bespoke to own from RM5,000. Both include all five steps: measuring, design, fittings and refinements. A rented gown comes back to us after your wedding under our rental terms; an owned gown is yours to keep. Prices are starting rates and vary with design, fabric and detailing.
- How does the bespoke process work? It starts with a free consultation at our boutique in Bandar Puteri, Puchong. We take your measurements in a private session, then design the silhouette, neckline, lace and fabric with you and confirm the final design. You try the gown on as it takes shape, we refine the fit, and it is ready for your wedding day.
- Can you work from a reference photo? Bring any photos, sketches or saved ideas to your consultation. They are a helpful starting point for the design stage, where we work through silhouette, neckline, lace and fabric with you, so the final gown is shaped around you and your measurements rather than copied from a picture.
- How far ahead should we start? The earlier the better, so there is unhurried time for the design and each fitting. Tell us your wedding date at your first consultation and we will confirm the timeline with you then.
- Can a gown from your collection be adjusted instead? If you love a signature gown but want it to sit differently, ask at your fitting and we will tell you what is possible with that gown. For changes to the design itself, bespoke is the way to go, and you can rent the result rather than buy it.

## Good to know

- Which areas do your wedding packages cover? Packages are based on the Klang Valley area. Outstation charges apply.
- How long are the wedding packages valid? Pre-wedding and All in One packages are valid for 24 months, ROM for 12 months. The actual-day gown package has no expiry date.
- Are there extra charges, upgrades or add-ons? All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Upgrades and add-ons are listed with each package, so you see the full price before you book.

## Fittings and appointments

- What happens at a fitting? Your appointment is private and unhurried. You try on gowns from the collection with our team beside you, and we talk through your wedding, the venue and the styles you like. If you are thinking about a bespoke gown, your fitting is also where the consultation starts: we take your measurements and begin the design with you.
- How long should I allow? Allow up to two hours. That is enough time to try on a few gowns and walk in the ones you love without rushing. Fittings are limited to two hours so every bride gets our full attention.
- Is there a fee for a fitting? Your first five gowns are free to try on. Each gown after that is RM150, so you can plan your fitting with no surprises on the day. A bespoke consultation is free.
- Who should I bring, and what should I wear? Bring the one or two people whose opinion you trust most; a small group makes it easier to hear your own. Simple, neutral underwear and, if you have them, shoes close to the heel height you plan to wear help you see each gown as it will look on the day.
- When are you open? Tuesday – Sunday, 11am – 7pm; public holidays, 11am – 3pm. We are closed on Mondays, and fittings are by appointment.
